THIS following details inform you about the designed program to entertain our foreign delegations and our fellow Indonesians coming to Jakarta Archdiocese for their Days in Diocese (DID).
This program is intentionally designed to provide opportunity for these foreign delegation and our fellow Indonesian Catholics to experience the very multicultural Indonesian society, including the Indonesian Catholic Church in Jakarta Archdiocese.

- The arrival of several delegation in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
- Welcome drink in St. Mathew the Apostle Kosambi Parish Church, West Jakarta.
- Pick-up procedures by foster parents.
- Welcome drink in each parish church respectively by local catholic youth and others.

Here the following program scheduled to happen in the eight church regions across Jakarta Archdiocese.
- West Region 2 in St. Mathew the Apostle Kosambi Parish Church: 10.30-11.30 a.m. Courtesy visit to a local orphanage.
- Bekasi Region in St. Albert Harapan Indah Parish Church: 12.30-03.00 p.m. Chit-chat time with former beauty pageant Maria Harfanti (Miss Indonesia 2015) and experiencing to play the Minahasa angklung music instrument.
- North Region in St. John Don Bosco Danau Sunter Parish Church: 05.00 -05.30 p.m. Welcome drink and ondel-ondel dance performance.
- South Region in The Holy Family Pasar Minggu Parish Church: 06.00-07.30 p.m. Special festive Eucharist celebration with all youth.
- West Region 1 in St. Maria de Fatima Toasebio Parish Church: 08.30 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. Courtesy visit to some parishes in this West Region 1 and later on at 07.30-10.00 p.m. entertaining night.

- Each region has designed their own program.
- Some delegation will be brought to see the Indonesian Miniature Beautiful Indonesia (TMII) for an outreach program to experience the multicultural Indonesian society.
- East Region in St. Aloysius Gonzaga Cijantung Parish Church: Morning session: courtesy visit to a local orphanage (tentatively). Afternoon session: chit-chat time with foster family and local youth groups. Some people will play badminton and gardening, while others enjoy to learning local traditional dances.
- Tangerang Region in St. Laurent Alam Sutera Parish Church: 07.15 – 12.00 a.m. Courtesy visit to St. Laurensia School where people can learn about the Balinese gamelan, batik, and multicultural Indonesian society.
- Central Region in St. Paskalis Cempaka Putih Parish Church: 08.00 – 12.00 a.m. Experience the missionary dynamic group
Tuesday, 1 August 2017
- All participants are expected to come to Jakarta Cathedral church.
- 08.05 – 08.20 am: Welcoming notes by Jakarta Governor Djarot Syaiful Hidayat.
- City tour to the Grand Istiqlal Mosque, Old Quarter, National Monument.
- 08.30-11.30 p.m.: Night Festival in the Cathedral Church’s compound.
- 12.00 p.m.: Dispatching to Gambir Central Station on the way to Yogyakarta by special train.
