THE 7th Asian Youth Day 2017 in Yogyakarta –the Archdiocese of Semarang—Indonesia has so far run very well. This international catholic youth in Asia which is popularly known as AYD7 is officially ended as Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla bet the gong –a special Javanese music instrument in the Dirgantara Square of the Indonesian Air Force Academy in Yogyakarta, 6 August 2017.

Earlier, a breaking news announcement is released, citing that India will host the next 8th Asian Youth Day in 2020.

A brief announcement is pronounced by Cardinal Oswald Gracias –the Archbishop of Mumbai in India on the sidelines of his official profile in the Federation Asian Bishops of Conference (FABC) as its president.

A symbolic gesture is performed by Semarang Archbishop Msgr. Robertus Rubiyatmoko –the host of this AYD7—to his Indian counterpart.
